Gathering Inspiration

One of my favorite things to do while out traveling to shows is taking pictures of clouds in the sky and trees. My paintings are constantly trying to capture the beauty of both of these.

The first step is to decide on the subject of your painting.

Most people have a favorite image of a place or subject ( Wine, Boats, Mountains, or Home )

The decision can take place over the location that a painting will go,
the size of the painting,
or after looking at sketches.

Sergey will make sketches of different subject matter and place them on the wall. ( In a photo ), which shows the perspective. At this point it is much easier to SEE the painting and make a educated decision on your commissioned artwork !

The next phase is the painted sketch that shows the colors and layout of the painting in detail so it is easy to see your painting come to life. At this point changes in color or a small change can be accomplished.
